Zeppelin Air
Zeppelin Air - £499 – iPod dock
Zeppelin Air is the ultimate wireless AirPlay® speaker dock. The best sounding iPod® dock yet, it features Apple’s AirPlay technology for high-quality wireless streaming from iTunes® or an iOS device.
Its fully active 2.1 design means that all five units are individually driven by dedicated audiophile class D amplifiers, which were specially designed for Bowers & Wilkins. The improved 4x25 Watts + 1x50 Watts output powers improved drive units, many of which are smaller for improved dispersion. The addition of Bowers & Wilkins Flowport™ technology and advanced Digital Signal Processing has dramatically improved the bass performance. The DACs have also been upgraded, with new 24bit/96KHz capability for improved performance.
Apple’s AirPlay technology allows music to be streamed wirelessly from your Mac or PC to Zeppelin Air. You can even bypass the computer entirely, and stream high-quality audio directly from your iPhone®, iPad® or iPod touch®. All without the need to dock the device. If you have more than one Zeppelin Air, you can use them in an elegant multiroom system

DM686
DM686 - £299 – speaker (pair)
The 686 is the baby of the 600 Series bunch, but doesn’t lack for the technologies and features to deliver outrageously good sound in smaller room settings. Mount a pair on a wall or stand, or simply sit them on a shelf or table for a compact stereo system or as surround speakers in a home theatre set-up.
The 130mm diameter Kevlar® cone bass/midrange is based on a tried-and-trusted Bowers & Wilkins design, but its new fixed centre bullet helps to smooth the response in upper frequencies. Also, by setting the bass/midrange closer to the tweeter than in equivalent earlier speakers, we have improved the integration and vertical dispersion of sound from the two units. The Nautilus™ tube-loaded, aluminium dome tweeter, featuring a new surround material to improve spaciousness and imaging, adds needle-sharp top end all the way to 50kHz and beyond.
The improvements to the drive units in the new 600 Series make it possible, for the first time, to introduce a minimalist crossover to the range. The use of components that are fewer in number but higher in quality – hand-picked in exhaustive listening tests – reduces the degradation of the signal significantly. So, whether you’re enjoying hi-fi or home cinema, what you hear is that much closer to what was recorded.
Dimensions - Height: 265mm (10.5 in), Width: 170mm (6.7 in), Depth: 284mm (11.2 in)
Available in Red Cherry or Black Ash
DM685
DM685 - £399 – Speaker (Pair)
For hi-fi or home cinema in small to medium-sized rooms, you need a loudspeaker that doesn’t take up floor area, but whose sound can still command the space. You’ll find the 685, which can sit on a shelf, table, stand or wall-mount, an inspired choice.

DM684
DM684 - £599 – Speaker (Pair)
The extended bass response and output capacity of the 2½-way 684 floorstander make it a great choice for hi-fi or home cinema in medium-sized to large rooms.
It features a new combination of a pair of Kevlar® cones for delivering its bass and midrange. The lower cone is dedicated to bass, which relieves the upper bass/midrange unit of the duty to handle heavy bass and leads to clearer, crisper midrange than you might find in smaller speakers. The Nautilus™ tube-loaded, aluminium dome tweeter, featuring a new surround material to improve spaciousness and imaging, adds needle-sharp top end all the way to 50kHz and beyond.

ASW608
ASW608 - £349 – Subwoofer
Its long-throw 200mm driver allows the ASW608 to move the large volumes of air needed for high-quality low-frequency output, and its audiophile-standard 200W Class D amplifier keeps the unit running cool, even when the music or movie action is whipping up a storm.
In all of the 600 Series subwoofers, the bass driver diaphragms are constructed from a rugged, finely-tuned mix of paper pulp, Kevlar® fibres and resin, which provides the stiffness needed to withstand the tremendous physical forces exerted by the voice coil and pressures inside the cabinet.
Ultra-solid construction delivers slamming bass, drum kicks, and special movie effects. Deformation is minimised; bass precision, power and enjoyment are maximised.
Dimensions - Height: 260mm (10.2 in) not including feet, Width: 260mm (10.2 in), Depth: 330mm (13 in) including grille and controls.
